1-to-1 Advising

Sometimes people get stuck, know they’re stuck, and are smart enough to reach out for the perspective of a professional advisor. Individual one-to- one consultations (usually via phone or the Internet) are available on an as-needed basis or as part of a greater package. A quick strategy session will help us determine what path would serve you best.

6-Month Intensive

Strategic Planning Workshop

You need your leadership team members headed in the samedirection. Sometimes they’re not. Let’s get together for a couple ofdays to focus on SWOT and Gap Analyses. Let’s look at your idealstate and determine what it will take to get there while managingtime, money, and human resources. We’ve got this. It’s not “ready,fire, aim.” Strategic Planning is just that, being strategic in yourthinking and planning your direction. It means looking ahead,keeping the outcome in mind and setting the steps in motion to getthere, course correcting on the way.

Team Development

Sometimes, you just want your team members to get along. Sometimes you want them to step in and step up. Drawing on my background in clinical psychology, I look at teams as if they’re large families. No, what I do isn’t therapy, but some have considered it therapeutic. Team development is individualized for each group of unique individuals with whom I work. We may start with a Kolbe and/or DiSC assessment. We may look at personal and professional values. We may engage in communication building exercises. We may just want to have fun together. And, we may do it all! Let’s talk about what you see as your most pressing need and build from there.

Retreats

The DynamicLeader® Mastermind retreat is a combination learning and development retreat. Based on the concepts from my best-selling books, I guide you through key principles of personal and professional growth. Because of the exclusive, space-limited nature of these two-and-a- half day retreats, which are held in beautiful locations, you’ll be surrounded with a small group of people who are also focused on their own personal and professional growth. We create a unique community of supportive individuals who come together in a spirit of caring and sharing.
